What primary services do you offer?
Here at With You Counseling Services we offer outpatient counseling, more information can be found on our "Services" tab. Currently, we are developing small therapeutic wellness groups, such as trauma yoga. We also offer clinical supervision for those pursuing their license for LPC or LCSW. Are you licensed and insured?
All of our counselors are licensed through the state of Pennsylvania to practice as Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Social Worker. We also carry professional insurances to provide mental health counseling.
What do you specialize in?
Each counselor varies in their own specialized areas of interest. Some specializations include: EMDR, trauma, grief, OCD, depression, anxiety, post-partum depression, as well as individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
What insurances do you accept?
Our practice currently accepts Highmark, UPMC, Cigna, Aetna, United/Optum, and Medicaid Plans. We are currently working on credentialing for Medicare Plans.
Will my insurance cover my services?
If you have an accepted insurance (listed above), services will be covered. However, if your plan has a deductible or copay, you are financially responsible for that portion. We recommend calling your insurance company to verify if you have a deductible or copay, prior to your first appointment.
Do you accept private pay?
Yes, our practice does accept private pay. We have a sliding scale, based on household income. We never want a financial burden to be the reason why you do not seek services. Please call the office for more information.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You schedule your first appointment by calling (814) 388-5002. The admin assistant will gather your information, including insurance. The insurance will be verified and then your information will be passed along to our Clinical Director to establish which counselor will be a good fit.
What if I cannot make it to a session?
If you cannot make it to your appointment, please call or text the main office at (814) 346-1312. You may also call or text your counselor at their direct line, which will be provided to you at your intake appointment for further communication.
Do you have weekend or evening availability?
With You Counseling Services does have limited evening and weekend appointments available. This is dependent on counselor availability.
